Palate: A very supple entry leads to a plush dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full bodied palate with buttered caramel, dried apple and pear, and refined spices.
Finish: Finishes with a toffeed spice fade and a slightly numbing, wave of white pepper. Very nice texture and balanced flavor with a rather hot finish.
