The dense purple-colored 2001 Shiraz Graveyard, while tight and backward, is very concentrated, pure, medium to full-bodied, and impressively endowed with chocolate, smoke, black currant, and licorice aromas as well as flavors. However, patience is warranted. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2014.

A stylish wine with distinctly gamy flavors, picking up a metallic edge to the intense dark fruit and leather flavors. Not for all tastes, but it has personality. Drink now through 2010.

The 2007 Semillon exhibits a bouquet of citrus, melon, and lemon sherbet. Crisp, intensely flavored, and long, it can be enjoyed over the next several years.

There is one white wine, a sticky made from Semillon. The 2006 Botrytis Semillon is medium gold with aromas of peach, apricot and candied tropical fruits. The wine is ripe, viscous, and age-worthy. Drink it with fruit tarts and cheesecake.
