21378 Kentucky straight bourbon. First produced by Jacob Beam in 1795. Distilled and cooked at a lower temperature to preserve its natural, mellow flavor.
Aged a minimum of four years. After aging it is charcoal filtered and chill filtered. It is still made from the same formula and by the same family as it was 200 years ago.
Aromas of vanilla, cocoa and peaches. Sweet, smoky, caramel flavors.
