Brought up in a mix of 40% concrete eggs and barrel, 15% being new, the medium gold-hued 2018 Chardonnay Platt Vineyard has lots of buttered citrus, exotic flowers, Meyer lemon, toasted almonds, and a hint of brioche to go with a medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced, seamless Chardonnay that has loads of character. It’s beautifully done, has plenty of richness, a clean, bright spine of acidity, and a great finish.
