Vibrant, with a distinctive minty edge to the aromas and a crisp edge of racy acidity cutting through the ripe, beautifully knit plum, blueberry and cream flavors. Has a supple texture and a long, long finish. Few Barossa Shirazes have this kind of vibrancy. Drink now through 2020. 300 cases made.
