The second vintage of this cuvée is the 2017 Saint-Véran La Bonnode, a pretty wine that opens in the glass with notes of crisp green pear, dried white flowers and freshly baked bread. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, satiny and muscular, with a reserved, tight-knit core and racy acid despite the sunny vintage.
