Description

Pezat Blanc Sec is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sémillon with the remainder being their signature Muscadelle, the cousin of Viognier, rare but still native to certain parts of Bordeaux. The vineyards are centred on the hilly region just south of the River Dordogne on the way to the mediaeval town of Creon.
This is a quaffing wine – the wine that you keep in your fridge or look to drink by the glass at a restaurant. It’s Sauvignon Blanc dominated so it’s going to satisfy you and has the key addition of Muscadelle which will bring an exotic note that completely single varietal wines sometimes lack.
