Nose : primary notes evoking ginger bread and dry fruits, soon complimented by the refreshing aroma of orange marmalade, lemon zests and orange tree flower,
Deep copper chestnut color. Melted chocolate toffee, brown sugar, anise cookie, and raisin aromas. A round, supple entry leads to a fruity medium-full body of buttery caramel, milk chocolate, raisins, and clove flavors with a long fruity, creme Anglaise, and spice fade with a hint of charred oak and pink peppercorns.
