Description

This single varietal, single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Eastside of Paso Robles in the El Pomar District AVA. It was brought up in French Oak barrels for 18 months. It boasts loads of chocolate and bright red fruits of cherry and raspberry which is a signature of Paso Robles. Refined, smooth tannins coat the palate while always being driven home with fresh bright acidity. This Cab hits way above its weight class. You can drink this the day you get it or cellar it for years to come.
