The 2005 Victoria is produced from a higher altitude vineyard. It is made in the same manner but in this case the residual sugar is 225 g/l. There is a mineral element with fresher fruit and livelier acidity than its sibling. The flavors are an attractive amalgam of pineapple, mango, and kiwi. Both wines would make for an excellent aperitif or an accompaniment to fruit desserts.
