Description
A mellow and refined 21 year old that’s triple distilled and aged in bourbon and sherry cask. Shows aromas and flavours of honey, light spice, vanilla with citrus peel and hay notes. The initially dry palate, follows with a smooth/creamy mouthfeel and a long and complex finish. Savour as a perfect conclusion to a fine meal.
