Inspired by a colonial French recipe, Gabriel Boudier Saffron Infused Gin is a handcrafted, small-batch distilled, and highly unusual gin. Unlike our other favorites, this gin doesn’t whisper saffron; while juniper, coriander, lemon, orange peel, angelica, iris, and fennel are all present and accounted for, the exotic aromas and flavors of saffron here are at the forefront.
