The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet) was aged for 30 months in 100% new French oak and an additional six months in bottle. Medium garnet-purple colored, it gives perfumed red and black currants, cherry cordial and earth with cigar box notions. Full, rich and very spicy in mouth, it’s wonderfully plush with seamless freshness, finishing long and earthy. 321 cases produced.
