The 2022 Riesling Colette is very pure and saline on the elegant and stunningly precise nose. Round and generous on the palate, this is a full-bodied, saline and umami-tasting Riesling with lush but elegant fruit and a salivating finish. It’s a stunningly refreshing 2022. 14% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in April 2024.
